I’m Christina

I am an Ayurvedic Health Coach dedicated to helping you feel healthy, happy and balanced. I live and breathe Ayurveda and it’s an honor to be able to share it with you. This intuitive approach to well-being has drastically changed the trajectory of my health and I believe it can help you too. Ayurveda is close to my heart and even if we haven’t met yet, you are too.
